Junior RPA Developer

Role and Responsibilities
  • Work on end-to-end design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot performance.
  • Manage integration of RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for bot deployment and monitoring.
  • Lead cloud migration of RPA workloads (Azure) and define automation architecture in cloud-native setups.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Contribute to automation strategy and roadmap planning.


Required
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
  • Proficiency in .NET (VB/C#), SQL, and REST API integration.
  • Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation components.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker).
